Who runs this shop?
Manal Collections is a boutique at Phase II, City Center, Qambar, Swat, Pakistan. You can reach us on WhatsApp or phone at +92 340 1954675. By placing an order on this website or on WhatsApp you agree to these terms.
When is my order confirmed?
An order is confirmed only after we confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the price shown was clearly wrong, or we cannot reach you to confirm. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
What do prices include?
All prices are in Pakistani rupees and include any applicable taxes. Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 6,000; smaller orders pay a flat Rs. 250. Prices and offers can change, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. For bank and wallet payments, we dispatch after the payment reaches our account.
Delivery
Orders ship within 1 to 2 working days and usually arrive in 2 to 6 working days through courier partners. Delivery times are estimates; delays caused by couriers, weather or public holidays are outside our control. Details are in the shipping policy.
Exchanges and returns
Unused items in original packaging can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. Perfumes can be returned only if the seal is unbroken. The full rules are in the return policy.
Product photos and descriptions
We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. If an item arrives clearly different from its description, contact us and we will exchange or refund it.
Reviews
Customer reviews are checked by our team before they appear. We do not publish reviews containing links, abuse or personal information, and we never edit what a customer wrote.
